Too Light Pressure
Deep Tissue massage is perfect for you who craves a firm, high pressure, Therapeutic massage. You may have gotten a few Deep Tissue massages before that were nice, but didn't quite meet your expectations and needs for pressure. They might have been too light or fluffy and you didn't really feel them. At Paradise Massage, we got extra pressure for you! Our Deep Tissue massage is as firm and deep as you need it to be. We communicate with you throughout our session until we find the exact pressure for your Deep Tissue massage that suits your needs.
Too Deep Pressure
A Deep Tissue massage can also be too deep. You might have received a Therapeutic massage that was painful and even bruising. It was just too mush pressure & you experienced difficulty breathing freely & relaxing. It seemed like your therapist's elbow went too deep too fast. At Paradise Massage, pain is not on our menu! But don't get us wrong, we may apply very high pressure during Deep Tissue or Therapeutic massages, but it is done after warming up your body and then going in slowly.
The Right Pressure
At Paradise Massage, we strive to apply just the right amount of massage pressure in your Deep Tissue massage. We believe in applying enough pressure that allows you to heal but not too much that you can't relax or breath. In our Deep Tissue massage we apply light stretching as well as passive joint movements. These help pump your blood, stretch your muscles, and aligns your back and neck into their natural positions. No extreme stretches or harsh alignments are part of our practice. We follow your body's natural movements & rhythm.
